Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Install, repair, and replace electrical fixtures, wiring, and components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Respond to and troubleshoot electrical issues reported during night shifts efficiently.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations at all times.
- Document work orders, time logs, and material usage accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment for all team members.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of temporary power systems for construction sites.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required; trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading comprehension skills to understand safety manuals and diagrams.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward safety.
