What You’ll Do:
- Install and maintain electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting during the night shift.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding ongoing projects.
- Utilize blueprints and schematics to guide your work.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical installations, repairs, and inspections on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults using multimeters and testing equipment.
- Ensure all wiring and connections comply with local and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times.
- Document all work orders and material usage accurately.
- Assist in the training of junior staff members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) as scheduled.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environments.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
