Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and debris removal
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and project-specific guidelines
- Perform trenching, shoveling, and general site cleanup
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisor review
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
