Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Install, replace, and upgrade lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and wiring systems.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Document all work orders, time logs, and materials used accurately.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required (Illinois & Pennsylvania).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Current OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus.
