Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for precise circuit implementation
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Comply with OSHA/NFPA 70E safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with facility managers to minimize operational disruptions
- Document maintenance activities and system upgrades
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Expertise in PLC/HVAC systems integration
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
