Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and control equipment.
- Install and troubleshoot lighting systems, switchgear, and distribution panels.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of wiring.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
