Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California regulations
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Collaborate with contractors and clients for project specifications
- Document work orders and maintain service records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills for technical calculations
- Willingness to obtain California Electrician Trainee certification
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Los Angeles County
