Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure code compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective, safe solutions.
- Adhere strictly to all local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate time logs for payroll.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License in Nebraska.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical wiring.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
