Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit, stripping wire, and connecting outlets and fixtures.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer questions and provide updates on work in progress.
- Complete daily logs and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself and the team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for this entry-level role.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and a positive attitude.
