Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations (NEC/DCPC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (valid in DC or PA).
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for part-time schedules.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
