Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems in strict accordance with local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan efficient wiring layouts.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical faults and diagnose issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical panels, wiring, and equipment.
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical details clearly to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman or Master Electrician license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial electrical work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Washington State regulations.
- Physical ability to lift heavy tools and materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
