Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to determine wiring layouts
- Ensure all work complies with California electrical codes and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman or Master license
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable electrical experience
- Proficiency reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of NEC and California Title 24 requirements
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
