Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using advanced testing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work adheres to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver high-quality installations and repairs
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical systems
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Arizona Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Expertise in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and equipment
