Job Overview
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will ensure that all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate project status clearly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Michigan (or willing to relocate).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
