Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of wiring systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems efficiently to ensure system reliability.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, material usage, and time logs.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service and mentorship to junior electricians.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license required (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Deep knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
