Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to execute projects accurately
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet tight weekend deadlines
- Conduct safety inspections and implement hazard prevention protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend projects efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman License required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local building regulations
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and confined space work
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
