Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage weekend shift schedules (Friday-Sunday) with on-call availability
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Missouri Electrician License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Weekend availability with flexible scheduling capability
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
