Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to execute complex projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
