Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical outages
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (AZ license required)
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex 3-phase systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR training
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong diagnostic skills with Fluke meters and oscilloscopes
- Experience with residential solar installations preferred
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
