Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and lighting systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute projects.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and other trades personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Wisconsin).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday) consistently.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Proficiency with modern electrical testing equipment and handheld devices.
