Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and manual inspection techniques
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs during night shift hours
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials as needed
- Document work orders and maintain service records
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and modern plumbing technologies
- Background check and drug test required
