Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency electrical repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential properties.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, and control panels.
- Ensure all work is documented accurately and completed within project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding job progress and any technical issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of New York.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
