Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under expert supervision
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with guided training
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and California safety regulations
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on residential/commercial systems
- Utilize hand/power tools and specialized electrical equipment safely
- Document work orders and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
