Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with routine electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on residential and commercial circuits to identify and resolve faults.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Utilize hand and power tools correctly and safely for daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain required electrical licenses and certifications upon hiring.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a scheduled shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the trade.
