Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on weekends.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict compliance with OSHA and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of work performed and costs to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Assist in mentoring junior electricians and maintaining team cohesion during shifts.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including time logs and inspection reports, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical blueprints, schematics, and circuitry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various job sites within the Austin metro area.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation when required.
