Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with project managers to meet tight weekend deadlines
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures
- Document all maintenance activities and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Arizona State Electrical License (Journeyman level)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and local regulations
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
