Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local building codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure team efficiency

Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (or reciprocity from PA)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting 120V-480V systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- PA candidates must hold Journeyman certification
