Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for precise execution
- Ensure compliance with NEC and Virginia safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentice electricians on complex projects
- Manage inventory and order materials for job sites

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Virginia Journeyman Electrician license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in conduit bending, troubleshooting, and panel upgrades
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Background check and drug screening required
