Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems per NEC and local codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Perform system diagnostics and ensure electrical safety compliance
- Collaborate with contractors and clients on project specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment
- Lead junior electricians and provide on-site mentorship
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and power tools
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and Wisconsin electrical codes
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
