Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine safety inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Apprenticeships considered with significant experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and electrical codes.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
