Responsibilities
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, such as unclogging drains and fixing leaks under sinks.
- Assist senior plumbers with installing and maintaining pipe systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe for the team and clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide solutions.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly for various plumbing tasks.
- Load and unload materials, trucks, and equipment as needed for daily jobs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
