Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with safety codes
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead teams on complex commercial/industrial projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Document project progress and maintain compliance records
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR training
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and NEC standards
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex systems
- Commercial/industrial project experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel statewide
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
