Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response teams for urgent plumbing failures
- Ensure compliance with Arizona plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior plumbers on best practices
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Prepare detailed project estimates and technical reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid Arizona Journeyman Plumber license
- Master Plumber certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Expertise in water heater installation, pipefitting, and drain clearing
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
