Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Assist senior plumbers in emergency callouts and service calls
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Complete job documentation and inventory management
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Plumbing apprenticeship program preferred but not required
