Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project status and requirements clearly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including proper tool organization and debris removal.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet tight deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
