Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job site layouts
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Perform cleanup duties including debris removal and waste disposal
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate with site supervisors
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Central Ohio
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
