Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with daily tasks
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and transport tools to job locations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform basic material handling and site preparation duties
- Participate in on-the-job training for equipment operation
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-paid)
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Colorado Springs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
