Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools safely (shovels, saws, drills)
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support foundation framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Adapt to various weather conditions and project timelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
