Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and procedures
- Read basic construction plans and blueprints
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and manual labor
- Participate in scaffold setup/teardown operations
- Support concrete forming and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level position
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to travel to project sites within KY/PA
