Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in carpentry, masonry, and site preparation tasks
- Safely load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Operate basic hand/power tools (training provided)
- Set up and remove temporary site fencing, signage, and barriers
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at project completion
- Report hazards or equipment issues to site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools/materials preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
