Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and site preparation.
- Operate and maintain standard construction tools and power equipment safely.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of debris and hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Perform basic measurements and cutting of materials to specifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime.
