Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under strict supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Stand for long periods and perform physical labor as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
