Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols on job sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Maintain organized tool and material storage areas
- Complete daily progress reports as directed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
