Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols meticulously
- Support various construction tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided!
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic communication skills in English
