Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to support project timelines
- Participate in site preparation activities including grading and trenching
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Atlanta metro area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
