Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Read and interpret simple instructions from supervisors
- Participate in scaffold setup and basic site maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to submit to background check
- Basic communication skills in English
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather
