Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation and debris removal
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized workspaces
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled trades with material handling and task completion
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
