Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow construction plans and safety protocols meticulously
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure efficiency and safety
- Participate in physically demanding tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying
- Adapt to changing project requirements and weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
