Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support demolition, excavation, and cleanup activities
- Learn construction techniques through hands-on experience
- Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
