Responsibilities
- Assist senior tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate task execution
- Maintain safe work practices and adhere to OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid safety certifications
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent standing/walking
